Then the Jews cried out, "Let <mark>God</mark> be crucified\.  
 Let <mark>God's</mark> blood be upon us and on our children\."  
 Then the soldiers took <mark>God</mark>, and stripped off His clothes\.  
 They put upon <mark>God</mark> a scarlet robe of mockery\.  
 They pushed a crown of thorns down on <mark>God's</mark> head\.  
 And placed a reed for a scepter, in <mark>God's</mark> right hand\.  
 They bowed the knee before <mark>God</mark> and mocked Him\.  
 They spit upon <mark>God's</mark> face and smote Him on the head\.  
 And then they lead <mark>God</mark> away, and crucified Him\.  
 Many that passed by reviled <mark>God</mark>, wagging their heads\.  
 And there was darkness over all the land\.  
 Then <mark>God</mark> cried out with a loud voice, "<mark>It Is Finished</mark>"\.
