Another year has swiftly flown;  
 Its days will not again be known\.  
 They’re spent and gone beyond recall\.  
 Through it, was Jesus Lord of all?

Another year is ushered in;  
 It’s free from spot and stain of sin\.  
 God hands it, silently, to you\.  
 Through it, will you to Him be true?

It may be Christ will come again,  
 Before this year shall have an end\.  
 So from His statutes do not bend,  
 And simply trust Him as your friend\!
